Delivery Policy

For deliveries inside the Auckland metropolitan area, we make same day delivery unless in an exceptional situation when it might be delivered next day. Deliveries elsewhere could be made next day or the day after.

We always try to provide our customers with convenience and more savings on their orders through providing extra savings on the courier charges. This is achieved by sticking two boxes together and charges you one courier ticket.

All deliveries in rural areas are subject to the use of an additional Rural Delivery Ticket to secure the delivery to the given address for extra convenience of the customer.
Please note that the expected delivery times depend on the availability of your order, your location and acceptance of payment. The delivery times are estimates based on third party calculations (Courier Companies) and we do not hold any responsibilities for the delays in delivery.
Prices Policy
All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars (NZ$), and include Goods and Services Tax (GST), and exclude freight chrages. All prices are correct at time of publication, however the Babies.co.nz reserce the right to alter the price for any reason.
Specials and promotions on the Babies.co.nz website are exclusive to online and phone orders only. Prices may vary from one outlet to another.
We reserve the right to increase prices or to introduce new prices on our products and services at any time. Any such changes will be published in advance on the Babies.co.nz website.
Refund Policy
Goods may be returned for an exchange with a receipt within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging and condition.
Refunds are available for mail and internet customers only. Please request the return form and include it with the returned goods.
Goods must be in unused, unwashed condition in original packaging. We ask that you choose carefully and check sizing, colours before ordering. Please do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you wish for an exchange or refund.
Please choose sale items carefully as they are non refundable and non exchangable.
Please note that we cannot refund postage and packaging or any other charges incured from a third party.
We are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow our washing instructions carefully.
Please note that We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
