This site is owned and operated by UNIPAC LIMITED. (referred to as "Unipac", "Unipac Limited", "Nappy House", "Babies.co.nz", "Diapers Direct", "we," "us," or "our" herein).

No material from the site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your non-commercial use only, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of Unipac's copyright and other proprietary rights. The use of any such material on any other website or networked computer environment is prohibited. Except as otherwise indicated on this site and except for the trademarks, service marks and trade names of other companies that are displayed on this site, all trademarks, service marks and trade names are proprietary to Unipac.

In the event that you download any software from the site, the software, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively, the "Software") are non-exclusively licensed to you by Unipac. All claims, disputes or disagreements which may arise out of the interpretation, performance or in any way relating to your use of this site and any and all other Unipac site(s), shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the district or high courts located in New Zealand.

Delivery Policy

1. For deliveries inside the Auckland metropolitan area, we make same day delivery unless in an exceptional situation when it might be delivered next day. Deliveries elsewhere could be made next day or the day after.

2. We always try to provide our customers with convenience and more savings on their orders through providing extra savings on the courier charges. This is achieved by sticking two boxes together and charges you one courier ticket.

3. All deliveries in rural areas are subject to the use of an additional Rural Delivery Ticket to secure the delivery to the given address for extra convenience of the customer.

Please note that the expected delivery times depend on the availability of your order, your location and acceptance of payment. The delivery times are estimates based on  third party calculations (Courier Companies) and we do not hold any responsibilities for the delays in delivery.

Prices Policy

All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars (NZ$), and include Goods and Services Tax (GST), and exclude freight chrages. All prices are correct at time of publication, however the Babies.co.nz reserce the right to alter the price for any reason.

Specials and promotions on the Babies.co.nz website are exclusive to online and phone orders only. Prices may vary from one outlet to another.  

We reserve the right to increase prices or to introduce new prices on our products and services at any time. Any such changes will be published in advance on the Babies.co.nz website.

Typographical Errors

Refund Policy

Goods may be returned for an exchange with a receipt within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging and condition.

Refunds are available for mail and internet customers only. Please request the return form and include it with the returned goods.

Goods must be in unused, unwashed condition in original packaging. We ask that you choose carefully and check sizing, colours before ordering. Please do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you wish for an exchange or refund.

Please choose sale items carefully as they are non refundable and non exchangable.

Please note that we cannot refund postage and packaging or any other charges incured from a third party.

We are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering, so please follow our washing instructions carefully.

Please note that We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

We want you to be happy, please call us if you need advice.

Gift Voucher Conditions of Use

• Upon presentation of the gift voucher at any of the Nappy House stores entitles the bearer to select goods to the value of the gift voucher.
• The voucher is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase & may not be resold.
• All vouchers can be redeemed at any of the Nappy House stores or the Babies.co.nz online store.
• Unipac Limited accepts no responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the voucher.
• In the event of willful damage or loss, management reserves the right to refuse acceptance of this voucher without recourse
• The vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
